And so the thought of revolution awakes my mind!

A revolution to what?!

Big giants that walk the earth will fall

Only to be replaced by tiny ones that walk tall

Evolution is dangerous when it puts us a step further back

Of what we once where, something we will never understand

And so I want to stop thinking!

And I want to stop imagining!

And to stop believing!

In things that will never turn around

For soon I will meet you there, when my time has come

Only to believe the great thinkers of this world were right

To believe in the power of light to defeat the darkness of your life

To understand nothing is more real than the power of the soul

To win alas!

So then I can stop waking up to sounds of turbulent waves

Of collapsing giants

Of strolling stones

Of negative matter

Of lost souls…

Proclaimed victory underneath the flag.

Who challenged the strongest powers?

To bring down towers upon towers.

Who stud strong?

Against seas of monsters with horns.

Who will proclaim the thoughts?

Of the greatest minds who have now gone.

Silence as the wind carefully caresses the parlor’s windows.

Silence as she stares directly into the reflection.

The silence is there, awaiting her thoughts, but she lingers.

Every minute ripping away a layer of her life, like rusty surfaces giving away to summer winds.

But she lingers.

She lets herself go, but then she stops. Pendulum motions in her rushed semi-completed thoughts.

Now, is she going to talk?

The silence remains for a couple of seconds then she retains her breath.

Watching once more the reflection she thinks, “the right time to say…”

She turns around to proclaim her thoughts, with frivolous excitement and a bit of delight.

But no one is there any more.

Silence as the wind carefully caresses the parlor’s windows.

Silence as she understands it was just a reflection of her own.
